About the Artist

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Jason Daniel Jackson graduated from Nossi College of Art in 2003, with a degree in commercial art and design. He soon became interested in painting, and now has chosen to work primarily in oil on linen.
Jason’s subject of interest is painting still life scenes with a special emphasis on vintage toys.

“Vintage toys are exciting. I see them as us acting out the memories we share on a secret stage. It appears to me like a dream. When the thought of them makes me smile. I know I have something to share. My reward is knowing my work can evoke happiness.” Jackson is a collector of vintage toys.
